Agreement to Terms<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

By accessing and using ChiroGo’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Service Provided<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

ChiroGo provides:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Mobile chiropractic examinations and consultations<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Chiropractic adjustments and manipulations<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Soft tissue therapies and rehabilitation exercises<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Health education and wellness counseling<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Treatment planning and case management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    All services are provided within the scope of practice as defined by the Georgia Board of Chiropractic Examiners and applicable Georgia statutes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Patient Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Provide accurate and complete health information<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Follow treatment recommendations and instructions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Maintain scheduled appointments or provide 24-hour cancellation notice<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Pay for services according to agreed-upon terms<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Inform us of any changes in health status or medications<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ensure a safe and accessible environment for mobile services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

      Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Cancellations require 24-hour notice to avoid fees<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a $50 fee<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Emergency appointments may be available based on provider availability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

        Payment Terms<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          Scope of Practice and Limitations<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          ChiroGo operates within the scope of chiropractic practice as defined by Georgia law. We do not:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Prescribe medications (except as permitted by Georgia law)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Perform surgery or invasive procedures<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Treat conditions outside the chiropractic scope of practice<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Provide emergency medical care<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            We will refer patients to appropriate healthcare providers when conditions are outside our scope of practice.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

            Liability and Risk Acknowledgment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

            By receiving chiropractic care, you acknowledge that, as with any healthcare treatment, there are potential risks and complications. While rare, these may include temporary discomfort, stiffness, or soreness. Serious complications are extremely rare but have been reported in the literature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            You agree that ChiroGo’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by Georgia law, and that our total liability shall not exceed the cost of the services provided.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

              Governing Law<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

              These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

              Changes to Terms<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

              We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
